Seed Package

Our seed package includes startup consulting, LLC guidance, EHR set up, intake form creation, branding basics, and basic workflow creation.
Growth Package

The growth package includes startup consulting, LLC guidance, EHR setup, intake form creation, workflow creation, website, branding basics, scheduling set up, and operational systems.
Full Practice Launch

Our full growth launch package includes startup consulting, LLC guidance, EHR setup, intake form creation, advanced SOPs, website building, branding basics, scheduling setup, operational systems, and credentialing for up to 5 panels. In addition to the initial credentialing, credentialing management will be included for one year. Additional credentialing paneling is offered separately.
Credentialing Only Package

This service includes initial credentialing for up to six payers. Additional payers can be added for an extra cost.
Credentialing Management

Credentialing management includes monthly updates regarding credentialing and status of contracts, required attestations, and other credentialing needs to ensure that contracts never lapse. This is a monthly rate and requires a six or twelve month contract. This does not include initial applications.
Billing Consultation

This service is for a one time billing consultation. We can assist with billing overview, reviewing your billing process, and auditing previous billing records.
Monthly Billing Services

This service provides ongoing support to keep your revenue cycle running smoothly, including claim submission, payment posting, insurance follow-up, denial management, and account reconciliation. The cost will be a set rate of monthly revenue determined at the initial appointment.
Team Training and Onboarding

Team training and onboarding will include customized onboarding materials, administrative training, and visual training sessions.
Practice Expansion Planning

The practice expansion planning service includes a practice health check, adding therapists, adding a second location, or expanding service offerings.
